We feel honoured and privileged in presenting the school Annual Report which mirrors the achievements and developments of our school during the academic year 2020-‟21..
The blessings of god, ceaseless effort of teachers, our chidambarettes‟and meticulous preparation of students made us lie in the joy of meritorious achievement of students in AISSE and HSC. 142 students of 34th batch breezed through AISSE‟20. 112 students of XII (20th Batch) appeared for HSC‟20 and came off with flying colors.
As a result of COVID-19 education has changed dramatically, with the distinctive rise of e-learning, whereby teaching is undertaken on digital platforms. The online classes for class XII commenced on 22.04.2020 through ZOOM MEET. Gradually online classes were conducted for other classes using GOOGLE MEET.
In order to celebrate the 6th International Yoga day on 21st June 2020, various online competitions on the topic „My Life My Yoga‟ were conducted for our students, organised by Ministry of AYUSH. Photos of our students with different postures of asanas were also uploaded in ASAR app.
Based on the circular received from the CBSE to promote reading skills in children, e-books were sent to the students to inculcate the habit of reading during the months August – October 2020.
VVV college celebrated Wildlife week from 27 October to 29 October 2020. The following online competitions were conducted and the students bagged prizes.
1. P.Pranava Harini (Std VII) 2nd prize, V.Samyuktha (Std IX) 3rd prize – Essay writing
2. V.Samyuktha (Std IX) 2nd prize, M.Rasmi (Std VI) 3rd prize – Photography
Eat Right Creativity Challenge –Poster Making online competition was conducted by Food, Safety and Standards authority of India based on the theme „Eat Safe, Eat Healthy‟ on 24th November 2020. Thirty Seven students from Std III – V and 14 students from Std VI – VIII participated
An Inter school online competition „Centenary‟s Talent Fest-2021 for primary students was conducted by KVS Centenary School in January 2021. The prize winners are:

2. M.P.Sahana Sri (I C) 3rd prize – Lights!Camera!Action!
3. R.Yazhini (UKG C) 2nd prize – Story telling
Fit India school week was celebrated in our school during the third and fourth week of November 2020. Regarding that, Yoga Practical competition was conducted on 16th November 2020 for the classes III to VIII. The prize winners are

2. V.S.Ovya (VI B) 2nd prize
3. M.Amusanjitha (III E) 3rd prize
The eighth annual interschool literary contest – BUZZ 0.8 was conducted online on November 21, 2020. Our school won the level V Championship. The following students emerged as Prize Winners

3. G.Ilakkiya (Std XII) 2nd prize – Movie Review

As per the guidance of CBSE Board, Fit India School week was celebrated during the third and fourth week of November 2020. Various online competitions for the studentsand a fitness session for parents and staff were conducted. The prize winners on Sports Quiz are:

The students of Std IX K.Monisha and S.Yuvasri presented their project on the topic “Waste water treatment” in the District and State level in the month of January 2021conducted by National council for Science and Technology communication (NCSTC), Department of Science and Technology, Govt of India.
As per the guidance of CBSE Board, to raise the awareness about the preserving human heritage, diversity and vulnerability of India‟s built monuments and heritage sites, “Heritage India Quiz – 2021” was conducted. Students were encouraged to attend the quiz in DIKSHA app.
To commemorate National Voter‟s Day on 25th January 2021, Voters‟ pledge was taken by the Principal, teachers and the students of class X and XII in the school premises.
72nd Republic Day was celebrated in our school on 26th January, 2021. Flag hoisting ceremony was presided over by the Principal and the Staff saluted the National Flag and pledged to uphold the honour and integrity. Students were encouraged to participate in online Quiz competition, Essay writing competition and Poetry writing competition on mygov.in portal.
130 students took up the NFLAT test conducted by NCFE to encourage student of class VI to XII to acquire financial skills in February 2021. The students with exemplary performance were awarded with an e-certificate.
National Science day was celebrated on 28th February 2021.Various online competitions were conducted. Students voluntarily participated and showcased their scientific talents. E-Certificates were given to all the participants.
The Painting competition „JSW Paints Future Scapes‟was conducted in association with The Hindu Young World on 8th March 2021. Ten students participated in both Subjunior and Junior level.
