As part of the Chutti Crorepathy Club initiative, students participated in a virtual stock market activity where they invested imaginary money in real-world company shares. This engaging exercise aimed to introduce them to the basics of the stock market, enhance their financial literacy, and encourage decision-making based on research and analysis.
The Art and Craft Club acted as a platform to showcase students’ creativity and talent through artwork.
To help students excel in current affairs, general knowledge, scientific reasoning, historical events, logical thinking, and literary skills, the Quiz Club is organized at PSC. Students are trained intensively by a team of teachers and have participated in several competitions conducted by KOGA, KVS OBA, NEC, and Kovilpatti.
மாணவிகளின் தமிழ்ப் பேச்சுத்திறனை மேம்படுத்தும் வகையில் வளர்தமிழ் மன்றம் நமது பள்ளியில் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. இம்மன்றம் வாரந்தோறும் சிறப்புற நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. மாணவிகள் தமிழ்சார்ந்த அனைத்து போட்டிகளிலும் தயக்கமின்றி பங்கு பெறுவதற்கு இம்மன்றம் உறுதுணையாக இருக்கின்றது.
Gavel Club provides a structured environment to develop public speaking, leadership and communication. Students take on various roles within the club, such as president, vice president, or other officer positions, allowing them to develop leadership skills, manage meetings and make decisions.
Gavel clubs emphasize the importance of effective communication, teaching students how to present their ideas clearly, engage with others, and give constructive feedback.
The Hindi Literary Club of our school was formed with the vision to foster interest in the Hindi language and to instill spoken Hindi among students. The club conducted various engaging and educational activities.
The Hindi Literary Club successfully offered a stage for students to express themselves and develop their linguistic and creative skills. The enthusiasm and participation levels reflected the students’ growing interest for the Hindi language.
Math puzzle club designed for students aims to foster students’ problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
The club conducts a range of activities, including Mindful Games to promote focus, concentration, and mental clarity, shortcuts and tricks to enhance problem-solving skills and efficiency, diverse puzzle types to approach problems from multiple angles, interesting facts in Math to foster curiosity and appreciation for mathematical concepts.
Our school Eco club creates environmental awareness among the school students for environmental improvement and to inculcate the culture of eco friendliness and environmental conservation among them. It also sensitizes and nurture students on nature conservation leading towards positive environmental actions at different levels.
JA company was incorporated in the month of July 2024 in the name of “DAZZLING DYNAMICS”. The shares were floated in the PSC’s stock exchange. The board of directors were elected for managing the affairs of the company. The company was liquidated by providing its profitability and solvency.
Life skills are psychosocial skills which empowers students to succeed not only academically, but also psychologically. It helps students to mold their future with critical thinking and time management skills. Life skills instills adaptability, self-confidence and curiosity to have an urge for continuous learning.
The Health Club aims to promote healthy habits for productive life style. The activities include fitness challenges, mass drill activities, Anti-Doping awareness, nutrition education, yoga sessions, and even campaigns to promote healthy eating habits. Important days like International Yoga Day, Global Hand Washing Day, World Diabetes Day are observed by this club.
Yoga Club promotes physical fitness, flexibility and reduces stress and anxiety. Also it improves mental clarity, enhances respiratory function and fosters a sense of community.
The “Sarojini Naidu Guides Company” of P.S.C School functions in full swing with great spirit. Seven of our P.S.C students were trained for Rajyapuraskar Award and they successfully completed the Rajyapuraskar test camp.
The Cyber Club had a highly productive year focused on fostering cybersecurity awareness, digital literacy and technical skills among students. As part of our efforts to promote cybersecurity awareness, the Cyber Club organized awareness programs throughout the year which were well-received by students.
